Shipping Status: We are still shipping Standard + Rush orders as usual. Please note, Standard orders ship via USPS which may experience delays. We appreciate you bearing with us (and supporting the post office <3) Return Status: We’ve extended our Returns Window to 30 days. Please note, there may be potential delays in returns shipping and processing due to customs. Please contact us within 14 days from the date your parcel is 'Delivered', for any refunds, exchanges, or credits to be issued. |

Shipping - Costs, International
Standard Shipping
- Sent Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
- Orders typically ship 1-3 business days after being placed
- Shipping is free for orders over $95; except, for some locations shipping is a $12 flat rate within Canada, Australia, Japan, China.
- Orders are expected to arrive within 7-10 days from being shipped.
Expedited Shipping
- Rush orders ($30 flat rate) are expected to arrive within 2-3 business days from being shipped with UPS express shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! Shipping is free for orders over $95 in Europe with UPS.
Please note, customers ordering internationally are responsible for their own return and exchange.

Where’s my order?
Note that orders ship within 1-3 business days after being placed.
After your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. Please note that your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to become active, and USPS orders may experience delays.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days after they’ve been placed. For standard shipping, orders within USPS should arrive within 5-7 business days on a bad day, within 5 or less on a good day. For those of us in a hurry, rush shipping should arrive within 2-3 business days.
To note, around holidays / holiday weekends, our order fulfillment times may be slightly delayed given order volumes.
My tracking # hasn’t updated in a couple days. What’s going on?
Don’t fret! Your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to update from pre-shipment status.
My tracking # says the package was delivered, but I can’t find it anywhere. What should I do?
- Check your mailbox! Our shipments come in simple yellow or envelopes - about the size of standard printer paper - so they typically fit in mailboxes (depending on how many items were in your order).
- If the package isn’t in your mailbox, check with a friendly neighbor / doorman, or a well-meaning roommate / partner, who may have received the package on your behalf without letting you know.
- While we can’t take responsibility for shipments that have arrived but are misplaced, we do find that they materialize quite quickly! Email us at vile@balticlinen.lt with any questions.

Clothes sizing
Please check the measurements of the clothes in the size chart (It is in every listing). Inches on bust, waist, hips and etc.
Because EU sizes are a little bit different than US and linen clothes are a little bit different than viscose or other material, might be too tight or too loose.
If you don’t know which size fits you, our fit specialists know their stuff and love to recommend solutions. Just contact us.
Care instructions
• Linen clothes is machine washable at 40°C (104°F)
• Tumble dry on low heat
• Wash separately or with similar colours
• Wrinkliness is part of linen's charm – the wrinklier the fabric. But if you must, iron on low heat when the garment is still a little damp.
