This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from balticlinenart.us (the “Site”).

Personal information we collect

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control.

 

 

When you place an order, submit your account information or participate in Baltic Linen promotions or surveys, our Site collects your personal information such as your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and payment information (credit card numbers and banking accounts). We will use your information collected online to process and fulfill your order. Additionally, your e-mail address may be collected at various points within the Site (including when you place an order with us) so that we can send you any necessary e-mail messages related to your order, such as order and shipping confirmations

 

 

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

How do we use your personal information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Sharing you personal Information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Behavioural advertising
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Do not track
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

Shipping-policy

Shipping Status: We are still shipping Standard + Rush orders as usual. Please note, Standard orders ship via USPS which may experience delays. We appreciate you bearing with us (and supporting the post office <3) 

Shipping - Costs, International

Standard Shipping

  • Sent Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
  • Orders typically ship 1-3 business days after being placed
  • Shipping is free for orders over $95; except, for some locations shipping is a $12 flat rate within Canada, Australia, Japan, China, Russia.
  • Orders are expected to arrive within 7-10 days from being shipped.

     

    Expedited Shipping

    • Rush orders ($30 flat rate) are expected to arrive within 2-3 business days from being shipped with UPS express shipping.

    International shipping is free for orders over $95 in Europe with UPS.

    Please note, customers ordering internationally are responsible for their own return and exchange.

    When you place an order, you should receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. We then carry out a standard pre-authorisation check to make sure there’s enough money on the card.

    We only accept your order once payment has been approved.

    You may be able to cancel (not change) your order within a short period of ordering – timings is 24 hours.

    Very occasionally, we may need to refuse or cancel an order or close or freeze an account (even if we have previously confirmed your order) – e.g. if we notice something unusual on an order or an account. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, please don’t take offence – get in touch with Customer Care and they’ll be happy to speak to you about it.
