When you place an order, submit your account information or participate in Baltic Linen promotions or surveys, our website collects your personal information such as your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and payment information (credit card numbers and banking accounts). We will use your information collected online to process and fulfill your order. Additionally, your e-mail address may be collected at various points within the website (including when you place an order with us) so that we can send you any necessary e-mail messages related to your order, such as order and shipping confirmations.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the website (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Shipping Status: We are still shipping Standard + Rush orders as usual. Please note, Standard orders ship via USPS which may experience delays.
Shipping - Costs, International
- Sent Monday through Friday, excluding holidays with the standard post "Lithuanian post".
- Orders typically have a processing time is 1-3 business days after being placed.
- Orders are expected to arrive within the:
15 - 20 working days of being shipped to USA&Canada.
20 - 40 working days of being shipped to New Zealand, Australia.
Please note, customers ordering internationally are responsible for their own return and exchange.

When you place an order, you should receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. We then carry out a standard pre-authorisation check to make sure there’s enough money on the card.
We only accept your order once payment has been approved.
You may be able to cancel (not change) your order within a short period of time, which is 12 hours.
Very occasionally, we may need to refuse or cancel an order or close or freeze an account (even if we have previously confirmed your order) – e.g. if we notice something unusual on an order or an account. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, please don’t take offense – get in touch with Customer Care and they’ll be happy to speak to you about it.
We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact us within 5 days of delivery, dispatch items back within 7 days
or request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.
To initiate a refund, contact us before returning the item. Refunds won't be processed for items returned without prior contact. In such cases, you can choose
another item of the same value from our shop.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Socks (hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please make sure the items are complete, in perfect condition - unworn, unused, unwashed - with attached labels and original packaging.
If you did not get your parcel within the estimated delivery time, please contact us first.
If your parcel is stuck in your country's post office please contact them first, because in that way we can not control delivery.
We can make a refund after 30 working days, after contacting our courier and if we see in our tracking that the parcel has been lost (when tracking shows shipped and never reached the destination country).
If the Item came back to us due to the customer's fault (did not apply for the parcel, refused, ignored postal service notes, forgot that ordered and etc.) we can make a refund for the product, excluding shipping costs.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
