Refund policy

You may be able to cancel (not change) your order within a short time which is 24 hours.
Order cannot be canceled once items are shipped.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  •  Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  •  We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  •  Socks (hygiene reasons).

 - Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for items that are being returned.

Right of withdrawal (EU): You can cancel your purchase online without giving a reason within 14 days. Use the "Withdraw from contract" link in our website footer, or go directly to: https://balticlinenstore.com/pages/cancellation

Before returning please confirm that the items are complete, and in perfect condition - unworn, unused, unwashed - with attached labels and original packaging.

Returns & Exchanges

To start a withdrawal or return, use the link in our website footer, or contact us at info@balticlinen.lt. If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Custom Orders

We offer custom sizing to your measurements for an extra charge of up to $54, depending on the complexity of your wish. As each case is different, please contact us erika@balticlinen.lt.

Please note that we do not offer customization for items on sale.

    Available in a variety of 30 colors to suit any personal style (free of charge).

    Please note once again that customized items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

    Delivery

    All BalticLinen clothes have a processing time is usually 2-3 working days.

    Free shipping time:

            European Union delivery time is 5-10 business days.

            Europe Non-EU delivery time is 7-16  business days.

            USA & Canada  delivery time is 8-15 business days.

            Rest of the world delivery time is 10-30 business days.

    You can order UPS express shipping at your extra charge and reduce shipping time:

            European Union $28 extra charge,  delivery time  2-3 business days.

            Europe Non-EU $33 extra charge,  delivery time  3-4 business days.

            USA & Canada $50 extra charge,  delivery time  4-7 business days.

            Rest of the world $55 extra charge,  delivery time  5-10 business days.

    Returns

    Items on sale cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
